We help people feel connected to Christ and grow in faith through small groups.
Razzle Dazzle
Time: 9.30 am to 11.30 am
Day: every Monday (during school terms)
Cost: $5.00 per family, per session
Razzle Dazzle is an exciting program for children aged from babies to four years old that is run by members of the congregation.
Razzle Dazzle commenced in September 2020 and is a “movement to music” program that is led by a professional dance teacher.
The whole session runs for two hours, with forty minutes of music and movement, followed by a story with a message appropriate for the age of the children. Morning tea is supplied for parents and children and then there is free play for the children and a chance for parents to get to know one another.
Music ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness, including intellectual, social-emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy. Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression.
Parents are expected to join in with the activities, giving their child quality one on one time for forty minutes. Babies benefit by being swayed in their parent’s arms.
All volunteers have Working with Children Cards. Enrolment forms can be completed at your first session so just come on any Monday at 9.30 am.
